I'm starting a virtual dream group for beginners this summer! 2 years ago, I'd never heard of dream work, and this group is the foundational information I wish I'd had back then, a roadmap of the big landmarks and guideposts to get you going on your own journey of discovering the wisdom of your dreams.

If you've never heard of dream work, heard of it and want to have the basics, or want a refresher on navigating dreams, this group is for you. Each session will involve introducing a topic of the day, working a dream together, and then processing after. By the end of these six sessions, you'll leave with a firm foundation and framework of dream work to begin to work your own dreams and put them into practice in your waking life.

Foundations Dream Group

6 90-minute sessions, virtually using Zoom

Thursdays 6:30-8:00 pm EST

Cost: $180 total, all sessions and materials included

Topics include:

Associations and attributes, working with an image, narrative & sequencing in dreams, senses in dreams, characters & characteristics, and putting dream work into practice.
